Wenge
Is most often used for contrasting dark feature strips and accent pieces either in flooring or in fine woodworking. With its hardness approximately 25% harder than oak and its fine stability properties it makes an excellent floor. The dark chocolate brown coloration deepens over time, so if you want a dark floor to stand out or offset a light feature wenge is a great choice.
